1、 Composition of clamping device
There are many kinds of clamping devices, but their structures are composed of two parts.
1. Power plant: the source of clamping force, one is manpower; The second is the force produced by some kind of device. The device that can produce force is called the power device of fixture. Commonly used power devices are: pneumatic device, hydraulic device, electric device, electromagnetic device, pneumatic hydraulic linkage device and vacuum device. 2. Clamping part: the part that receives and transfers the original force to the clamping force and performs the clamping task. It is generally composed of the following mechanisms:
1) The mechanism receiving the original force: such as handle, nut and the mechanism used to connect the cylinder piston rod, etc.
2) Intermediate force transfer mechanism. Such as hinge, lever, etc.
3) Clamping element. Such as all kinds of screw pressing plate, etc.
