Guangdong mechanical processing plant is a process of making a mold around a consumable mold. In this casting process, the mold is only used once, which is usually called "lost wax casting" or "precision casting". In all cases, they include making models of the desired shape from wax or plastic (usually polystyrene).
The first step of Guangdong machining plant is the model preparation stage of the casting to be made. In this step, the molten wax used to make the model material is injected into the metal mold with the cavity shape of the casting to be made, and the model is produced when the wax solidifies. For wax mold, ingate, sprue and other required structures are suspended by thermal action.
The basic steps of investment casting process in Guangdong machining plant are as follows:
1. Heat dominates the making of models, usually with wax or plastic.
2. Assemble these models into a gating system.
3. An investment mold, or a ceramic covered assembly mold, is used to produce a monolithic mold.
4. The precision cavity of the melt assembly die has been obtained.
5. Bake the ceramic mold to remove the last trace of the mold material, bake the ceramic mold and combine it at high temperature, and heat the mold in advance to prepare for casting.
