The generation of burr in Guangdong machining plant is as mentioned before, but it has not been well solved so far. This paper does not discuss this problem, but puts forward some effective control ways and methods for the burr problem in production practice, that is, to prevent the sticking or deformation strengthening of cutting and cutting tool, which may avoid the generation of burr.

3.1 reasonable product structure design
On the premise of meeting the product requirements, the structure of the product should be able to restrain or reduce the occurrence of burr. For example, the oil hole structure of eq6100-2 engine crankshaft produced by Dongfeng Motor Company used to use inclined oil hole. Before drilling the slant oil hole, Guangdong mechanical processing plant countersink a hole in the drilling part of the main journal φ 9mm ball socket, so that the inclined bit can enter the hole correctly, and avoid breaking the bit and the deviation of oil hole outlet during drilling. However, the thin hole wall is too sharp at the outlet of the oil hole of the connecting rod journal, which is easy to cause burr and crack during medium frequency quenching. The outlet of oil hole of connecting rod journal is changed to φ 8 mm straight hole, so that this problem has been better solved.
