The machine tools of Dongguan numerical control processing plant are developed from the early Egyptians' pedal powered car and John Wilkinson's boring machine. Flat surfaces are often required and can be produced by turning the tool contact point radially relative to the axis of rotation. It is easier to fix the cutter and place the workpiece under the cutter for larger workpiece in Dongguan CNC machining plant. The tool can be fed back and forth. The forming surface can be produced by forming tool.
Multi edge tool can also be used, using double edge groove drilling depth is 5-10 times the diameter of the hole. The relative motion between the cutting edge and the workpiece is an important factor whether the bit rotates or the workpiece rotates in Dongguan CNC plant. In milling, a rotating tool with many cutting edges contacts with the workpiece, and the workpiece moves slowly relative to the tool. Flat or formed surfaces may occur depending on the tool geometry and feed mode. It can produce transverse or longitudinal axis rotation and feed in any three coordinate directions
